Dr. Bahawdory is a gentle caring dentist who enjoys having a small practice to get to know each of her patients. She explains in detail all treatment options and procedures before starting any work. She has had a love for dentistry since age of ten, and the passion for her work shows until today.
Dr. Bahawdory completed her undergraduate degree in 1997 from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 2002 she received her doctorate from Temple University
Dr. Bahawdory continues to keep up with newest procedures and materials by continuing education courses
Dr. Bahawdory has three children who occupy her time after work. She enjoys traveling with her family and taking road trips. She is also a movie buff.
Laarni Villajuan
Office Manager / Insurance cordinator
Laarni is the first person who will greet you with a friendly smile as you walk through our office door, with her 20 years dental front office experience she is your go- to person if you have concerns regarding dental insurance, billing, financial planning for your dental treatments. She is committed in providing each patients individual need a personalized and closed attention.
Outside of work, Laarni enjoys travelling, reading, shopping and on some free time spends with close friends going out to different restaurants and trying out new foods.
Agnes Roztoczynski
Hygienist
Agnes graduated from Bergen Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2019
Agnes is committed to providing excellent service to her patients and always educate them about proper dental home care. She is very thorough and tries to be gentle and make her patients comfortable.
She likes to spend her free time with her husband and kids, and they are always trying to find new places to visit.
Marilyn LaCap
Front Desk / Dental Assistant
Marilyn has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bahawdory since the start of her practice. Her dental career started here and has continued as she is cross trained and works both in the front office and chairside. She is passionate about making patients feel comfortable and building relationships with patients and the team. She was born and raised in NJ and lived most of her life in Bergenfield. Marilyn is married and has 3 daughters. She enjoys spending most of her time with her family and loves being a soccer mom.
Aida Ramirez
Front Desk
Aida Has been working in the healthcare field for six years. She enjoys at our front desk and specially likes greeting patients when they arrive.
Aida loves taking long walks in the woods with her husband and their dog, Nala. Her favorite pastimes are gardening and spending time with her family.
